The website had recently been re-developed using the Actinic Catalog e-commerce program with a new visual design based on the Dobbies corporate brand. The company's concern was that the website was failing to deliver the anticipated volume of online sales.

We took a holistic view of the website and looked at a wide range of factors including internet marketing performance, website usability, sales conversion ratio and sales fulfillment processes.

The outcome of our engagement was the redesign of key sections of the Dobbies online product catalogue based on the outcomes of usability testing of the current website and wireframe diagrams.
