Website accessibility
Website accessibility is an important issue and not just a matter of ticking a box.
We will build your website following accepted best-practice standards to ensure that your content is available to as wide an audience as possible.
We will design and build your website by following the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.
Publishing accessible website content means that you are meeting your legal requirement under the UK Disability Discrimination Act to ensure that disabled website users including people with visual impairment or learning difficulties are not disadvantaged in trying to access your online content or services.

By publishing fully accessible website content, you are ensuring that your website can be used by the widest range of users and not just disabled users. Accessible web pages will render correctly in all current Internet browser programs. On the other hand, web pages that are not published with accessible code may not render correctly in the user's browser, to the extent that some content may not appear.
The website HTML code will validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict. We will also seek to achieve all Level A guidelines and adhere to as many Level AA guidelines as possible.
